1. Who we are

DCForms is a form collection and data management platform operated by DragonCore Canada. We provide secure, Canadian-hosted form services to public-sector organizations and regulated industries.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the information you submit through a form created by an organization using our platform. The content of your responses belongs to that organization. We collect minimal technical metadata (submission timestamp, anonymized IP region) solely for security and abuse prevention.

3. How your data is stored

All data collected through DCForms is stored exclusively on servers located in Canada. We do not transfer, replicate, or process your data outside of Canada.

4. We do not sell your data

DragonCore Canada does not sell, rent, license, or trade personal information to any third party, ever. Your data is not used for advertising, profiling, or commercial purposes beyond the delivery of the form service.

5. Third-party sharing

We do not share your responses with third parties except where strictly required by Canadian law or where the organization operating the form has explicitly disclosed such sharing to you in their own privacy notice.

6. Data retention

Response data is retained according to the retention policy configured by the organization that created the form. You may contact that organization directly to request access, correction, or deletion of your information under applicable privacy legislation including PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy laws.
