DCForms is a data collection platform made available to organizations for legitimate administrative, public-service, and regulated-industry purposes. Forms presented to you are operated by those organizations, not by DragonCore Canada directly.

3. Accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when completing any form. Submitting false or misleading information may have consequences determined by the organization operating the form.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use DCForms to submit spam, malicious content, or any information that violates applicable Canadian law. Automated or bulk submissions without authorization are prohibited.

5. Data handling

Submissions are processed and stored in Canada. DragonCore Canada acts as a data processor on behalf of the organization that created the form. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

6. Intellectual property

The DCForms platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is the property of DragonCore Canada. Form content is the property of the respective organization.

7. Limitation of liability

DragonCore Canada is not responsible for the content, purpose, or use of forms created by third-party organizations using this platform. Disputes about form content or data use should be directed to the organization that created the form.

8. Changes to these terms

DragonCore Canada may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
